Summary

Car Show Check-In helps event organizers (car clubs, schools, booster clubs) check in show cars and vendors. The service is run by Sanders Crest LLC, doing business as Blue Chip Truck Customs ("we"). Event data is stored by us on Cloudflare's servers so an organizer and their gate helpers see the same list. We don't sell data, show ads, or use analytics or tracking tools.

What we store

• Organizers: email address (used to sign in with an emailed link or code) and the shows they create (name, date, location, payment link, walk-up price).
• Registrants and walk-ups, entered or imported by the organizer or a gate helper: name, email address, phone number, vehicle description or vendor business name, check-in time, who checked them in, paid/unpaid status, and notes.
• Photos of show cars, only if someone at the gate chooses to take one.
• Gate helpers: the first name they type (optional). Helpers don't create an account.
• Security records: sign-in attempts and short-lived counters by email and IP address, used only to stop abuse; they expire automatically.

Payments happen on the organizer's own payment page (for example Zeffy); the app never sees card details.

Who can see event data

Only the organizer who created a show and the gate helpers they invite with that show's code can see its list. Organizers can make a new code at any time, which signs out every helper using the old one. We access data only to run, secure and support the service, or when the law requires it.

Where it's stored

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for us by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare privacy policy). Sign-in emails are delivered by our email provider. A copy is also kept on the organizer's and helpers' devices so check-in works without signal.

Retention and deletion

Show data is kept until the organizer deletes the show or their account. Organizers can delete everything at any time in the app (More → Delete my account). Anyone whose information was entered, including registrants, can ask us to delete it by emailing mike@bluechiptruckcustoms.com or calling (936) 657-0123; we'll respond within 30 days. Signing out removes the saved copy from that device.

Children

The app is meant for event organizers and adult registrants and is not directed at children under 13.

Permissions

The app may use the camera only when someone chooses to take a vehicle photo. It doesn't request location, contacts or microphone access.
